AGUA BENDITA X RYAN CASTRO: A collaboration full of essence between the Colombian brand and the artist as creative director

Miami, FL (March 26, 2026) - Agua Bendita, the Colombian brand, and Ryan Castro, a leading figure in the urban genre, join forces to launch AWAA, an unprecedented collaboration that redefines summer. This capsule collection was co-created by the brand and the artist, who served as creative director, participating from the design of the pieces to the campaign direction, blending handcrafted sophistication with dancehall flow and Castro’s Caribbean influences.

The collaboration between Agua Bendita and Ryan Castro emerges from the vision of the Agua Bendita team and the artist’s iconic style: free, strong, and deeply connected to the Caribbean. This union brings AWAA to life, a collection inspired by vibrant sunsets, featuring an explosive palette of yellows, reds, greens, and pinks, accented by bold graphic blocks and iconic Colombian orchids.

The capsule includes more than 40 pieces, ranging from beachwear and swimwear to ready-to-wear and accessories for both men and women. Standout items include handcrafted swimsuits that take over 16 hours to create, as well as vibrant printed T-shirts, perfect for anyone looking to wear and embody this collaboration.

The name of the capsule, co-created by the brand and the artist, stems from the fusion of “AWOO,” a signature expression used by Ryan, and “AGUA,” the word that inspires and forms part of the brand’s name, Agua Bendita.

The collection will launch on March 26 across all Agua Bendita retail stores worldwide, as well as online at www.aguabendita.com.

RYAN CASTRO AND HIS EVOLUTION IN FASHION

Ryan Castro is no stranger to the fashion world. His first venture came with the launch of his clothing line Ghetto Med, sold exclusively in Medellín and inspired by the streetwear of Colombia’s neighborhoods, reflecting his identity, roots, and urban aesthetic.

Last year, during Paris Men’s Fashion Week, Ryan reached a milestone by becoming the only artist to walk in KidSuper’s Spring 2026 show, solidifying his presence in the international fashion circuit and positioning himself as a figure who transcends music.

FROM MEDELLÍN TO THE WORLD

Agua Bendita and Ryan Castro share something deeper than fashion or music: pride in their roots and authentic Latin identity. Both, recognized for their vibrant DNA and their ability to tell local stories with global impact, come together to celebrate their culture. This explosive meeting of craftsmanship and essence comes to life through details that invite people to experience a summer without labels—full of music and attitude.

This collaboration will also be amplified by the closing of Ryan Castro’s “Sendé World Tour,” with a historic hometown concert titled “De Regreso a Casa” at Medellín’s Estadio Atanasio Girardot on April 25, 2026.

ABOUT RYAN CASTRO

Ryan Castro is a global reggaeton and dancehall artist whose impact extends far beyond music—bridging culture, community, sports, and entrepreneurship. Dubbed as "El Cantante Del Ghetto”, Castro is a Colombian artist whose journey from street busking in Medellín's Pedregal neighborhood to global stardom is nothing short of remarkable.

Before his breakthrough with the single “Morena” in 2017, Ryan lived in Curaçao, where he immersed himself in reggae and dancehall—sounds that continue to define his Caribbean-infused musical identity. He rose to international prominence with hits like “Mujeriego” and “Jordan,” both of which landed on the Billboard Global 200 and Spotify’s Global Top 50. His Diamond-certified smash “QUEMA” alongside Peso Pluma further cemented his place among the world’s top Latin artists.

In 2024, Ryan released his RIAA 2x Platinum-certified debut album El Cantante Del Ghetto and delivered the global, viral anthem “El Ritmo Que Nos Une” for Colombia’s National Soccer Team—an unprecedented cultural moment that united music and sports. That same year, Rolling Stone U.S. named him a Future 25 honoree, recognizing him as one of the artists shaping the future of global music and culture.

Ryan followed with a landmark 2025, driven by sold-out U.S. arena tours, becoming the first Colombian artist to acquire equity in a professional sports team—Paisas Basketball Club, based in his hometown of Medellín—and launching one of Colombia’s most successful entertainment-brand collaborations to date: his Jumbo “Romantik Style” chocolate bar, which surpassed 1.2 million units sold. That same year, he released two critically acclaimed albums—Sendé and Hopi Sendé—which spotlight his Caribbean essence, shaped by the dancehall and reggae influences he absorbed while living in Curacao.

In 2026, Ryan’s momentum reached new heights as his hit single “La Villa,” from his third album Hopi Sendé, became a global phenomenon—peaking #31 on Spotify's global chart and reaching #1 across Latin America. Today, Ryan Castro stands as one of the biggest and best-selling Latin artists in the world, continuously breaking barriers and redefining what it means to be a global artist—on stage, in culture, and beyond.
