EDGAR BARRERA MAKES HISTORY AT THE 2025 LATIN GRAMMY® AWARDS, TAKING HOME 3 MAJOR WINS INCLUDING SONGWRITER OF THE YEAR AND SONG OF THE YEAR

LAS VEGAS, NV (NOVEMBER 14, 2025) – Composer, producer, and songwriter Edgar Barrera celebrated a career-defining milestone, taking home three awards at the 26th Annual Latin GRAMMY® Awards, including Songwriter of the Year and Song of the Year for “Si Antes Te Hubiera Conocido.” This recognition underscores Barrera’s undeniable impact on Latin music, affirming his position as one of the most influential and celebrated creative forces of his generation. With these three wins, Edgar Barrera ties with Puerto Rican producer, writer and rapper Residente with both holding a total of 29 Latin Grammy wins.  The 26th Annual Latin GRAMMY® Awards broadcasted LIVE on Univision from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, where Barrera joined the ranks of the most distinguished figures in Latin music.
