Miami, FL (August 26th, 2025) - Música mexicana breakout star Xavi has teamed up with Latin GRAMMY®-winning, chart-toppers, Grupo Frontera for his newest single “No Capea,” a vibrant cumbia track that fuses traditional rhythms with Xavi’s fresh, romántico tumbado essence.
Filmed in Mexico, the music video captures a lively carne asada party, a classic Mexican gathering of friends and family. The storyline follows the pursuit of a love interest through lavish gestures and material displays, yet she resists, embodying independence and self-worth while embracing her own success.
Parallel to the release, Xavi also unveiled his X Tour, a coast-to-coast journey that will bring his chart-topping catalog to stages across the U.S. Produced by Live Nation, the tour kicks off November 8, 2025, at Belico Fest in Phoenix, Arizona, before heading to major cities including California, Texas, and New York. Joining Xavi on the road as a special guest is Fabio, his brother and longtime collaborator, who has co-written and performed on many of his biggest hits.
The new single and tour news arrive on the heels of a milestone year for Xavi. He recently scored three nominations at the 2025 Premios Juventud, including Tropical Hit for “En Privado” with Manuel Turizo, Best Mexican Music Fusion for “Corazón de Piedra”, and Best Mexican Music Album for his debut project Next. “En Privado” continues to dominate internationally, charting in 12 countries—reaching #14 in Mexico and #107 in Colombia—and peaking at #131 on the Spotify Global Chart. The track was also highlighted by Billboard as one of the Best Latin Songs of 2025.
