Marco Milesi Succeeds Pedro Egea as President
Roberto Serva Named Chief Operating Officer 

MEXICO CITY, March 2, 2017 - /PRNewswire/ -- Eduardo Maruri, President and CEO of Grey Latin America, today announced that Marco Milesi will become President and CEO of Grey Mexico. Mr. Milesi has served most recently as CEO and Partner of Circus Grey, Peru. 

Marco Milesi succeeds Pedro Egea who has led Grey Mexico for four successful years. Mr. Egea is leaving to become President and Partner at Herrero, a company that has collaborated as a strategic partner with Grey in recent years. 

In addition, Grey announced that Roberto Serva will become Chief Operating Officer of Grey Mexico, while continuing in his role as Chief Financial Officer of Grey Latin America.

Marco Milesi has served as CEO and Partner in Circus Grey, which he founded in 2008. Today, it is the leading advertising agency in Peru and Grey Latin America's biggest office. His career started in the 90s at P&G Italy; later he worked at Leo Burnett, rising to SVP, Business & Operations Development for Latin America. In 1998, he founded Leo Burnett Peru and turned it into the market-leading office. In addition, he was part of the team of Lowe Worldwide as Global Business Director for Unilever. 

Mr. Milesi has led the development of advertising campaigns for Procter & Gamble, Kellogg, McDonald's, Philip Morris, General Motors, Visa, Sony Ericsson, Ferrero, Fiat, Unilever, Fiat, and many local brands in almost every product category. He has worked on four continents (Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia). 

About Roberto Serva 

Since 2012, Roberto Serva has established financial and business strategies for Grey in the Latin American market: Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Uruguay, Argentina and Puerto Rico. Previously, he was Finance VP at Leo Burnett Mexico where he improved the financial and operating results beyond the Regional team's expectations. 

Mr. Serva graduated in Public Accounting from the Catholic University André Bello and has a master's degree in Business Administration from the Metropolitan University of Venezuela.
